Based on the patterns, Carbohydrates proportion was the most frequently recorded. Protein are unpredictable. However Fat was the bottom scores.
Referring to both diet styles, for average diet was led by Carbohydrates and Protein which has the same value, they are was two fifths, and the minimum number was Fat that has a fifth. However Healthy Diet styles, the top first was Carbohydrates which had a half, followed by Protein has less than a third and the last position was Fat which is numbered equal with Average Diet styles.
In the comparison with each of both styles, Diets for sports had an increaspancy for Carbohydrates which had three fifths. Protein and Fat in this category had decreased which the number of a quarter in Protein and less than a fifth in Fat.
