You recently stayed in a hotel in a large city. The weather was very unusual for the time of year and the heating / cooling system in the hotel was quite inadequate. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter:

Dear Manager,
I am Divtesh Singh and I am writing this to bring into your notice the horrible experience I had at your hotel.
I stayed hotel for two nights but I was not less than a nightmare. The air conditioning was not working well in the room where I stayed. It was automatically changing without the remote. I tried to control it will the remote but it was also not working well.
I called reception and had words with the receptionist but replied to me that all the rooms were but and need to sleep in the same room. She said air conditioning machine will be analyzed by the technical team in the morning only. The next morning receptionist asked room service to change my room and gave me the keys of the room with an adequate cooling system and all the amenities.
I would like to request you to provide adequate services to all your customers. Your hotel is a renowned hotel of the hotel hence such irresponsible acts are unacceptable and can lower down your client ratio.
