Some people prefer doing sports on their own, such as running, while others like to do sports in groups. Which one do you prefer?
Physical exercises are beneficial for well-being of the mankind. Individuals choose different kinds of sports to improve their body fitness and health, and their way of doing the training may heavily influence their performance. I believe that carrying out bodily movements on with others can be beneficial for me. I have two rationales for holding this opinion, and I will develop these ideas in the subsequent paragraphs.
To begin with, people can teach others what they know about exercises, so others can benefit from these consultations. Individuals have various type of knowledge about the workout they are doing. Hence, if they start instructing techniques of exercises, everybody of the group can improve their understanding about the movement they are accomplishing. For instance, last year, I was going to gym regularly to increase my muscle mass. Unfortunately, I could not see any improvement even after attending the gym for months. However, I made several companions who are advanced athletes there, and began accomplishing the workout together. Then, my partners taught essential techniques of the workout, and told me what I had been carrying our incorrectly. Therefore, because I comprehended significant things, I have improved my health and muscle efficiently as a result of doing sports with others. If I had been doing alone, I would have ended up failing to improve my body. Long story short, we can maximize the efficiency of method we utilize to perform exercises by learning from others.
Secondly, some members can motivate others to implement the frequent training, which means people are likely to adhere to their plan. Most people have problem associated with laziness, so they tend to stop their constant workout. However, if individuals have friends or trainers with whom they implement physical exercises, they will be encouraged by these people. For instance, I have a female friend who was willing to lose weight, but liable to give up her workout, which is the reason why she is still slightly overweight. Last year, I proposed her to begin jogging with me, and she accepted my suggestion. Thus, I have been motivating her to run frequently with me for nearly two months, so she has become beautifully skinny. She stated that if she had not found anyone with whom she does exercises, she would have given up after only two days. I am certain that having a partner helped her to stay incentivized for sixty days. To sum up, people can be motivated by other members of group with whom they work out, so they can keep pursuing their aimed achievements.
In summation, doing bodily movements with others can be the effective way of reaching our goal related to body shape and well-being. This is because we can study important things from others, and be encouraged by them.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
