· the details of the course
· what you liked or disliked about it
· suggest some improvements to the course.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to give feedback about the two-day course that I attended which was organized by your company.
The course major was related to the improvement of public speaking skills. It was held in two batches with first being on the mornings and second in the evenings. As I am a full-time worker I attended the second batch.
I can surely say that I found the information taught extremely useful to me. In particular, the focus of the lector on such minor details like eye contact and tone of voice impressed me with a significant in-depth explanation. Furthermore, the course also covered the skills of making presentation slides. The comprehensive approach of the tutor on different aspects of interaction with the public made me completely contented with the lectures.
Finally, I would like to make a suggestion from my experience, that I think might be helpful. Mainly, it is related to the incorporation of some practice tasks to the course plan. Even though lectures are informative and sophisticated, I think without the practice of the learned subjects it can be hard to assimilate the new skills.
I hope my feedback will be of some assistance to you.
Yours faithfully,
Rakhman Kurbanov.
