write a letter to translation agency about the report to be translated urgently, you should write about a) the content of report b) why you need translated report c) why do you need it urgentl
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention to a report that needs to be urgently translated. The document in question is my birth certificate. It contains very important and personal information such as the city and country of my birth, the name of my parents, date of birth, etc.
Let me explain in detail. I am planning to immigrate to Canada and according to their policy, all my documents need to be in English. However, my birth certificate is the only document in Hindi and the immigration department will not accept it. For my application to move forward, I need to submit all my documents on time and in the agreed language.
Furthermore, I have until the end of this week to translate and submit my document or my application will be rejected. Keeping the delicacy of my situation in mind I urge you to translate my document at the earliest. Please find the copy I have attached for your reference.
Yours Sincerely,
Mary Smith
