You have a problem with a neighbour. Write a letter to your neighbour. In your letter:
1.) Describe the problem.
2.) Say how long it has been a problem.
3.) Explain what action you want the neighbours to take.
Dear Mr. Gates,
My name is Sunny Walter, I live in the house number 24 which is right next to yours. I am writing this letter to complaint about the loud party noises which are coming out from your house in the mid night. I have been facing this problem from around a month.
Perhaps, I am a master’s student and my exams are coming and so I need to study hard. However, I am also a part-time worker in addition with a student. Therefore, I study at night. In addition, I require a good sleep also after the heavy studies. Yet, the hubbub is so loud, I can neither study nor sleep.
I intended to intimate this matter to the society manager but thought to first discuss this issue with you personally. I want you to reduce the noise of your late-night parties or else do your parties in some party clubs. Otherwise, I have to pass on this matter to higher authorities of society.
Your Prompt action will be appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
Sunny Walter
