The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured
The given schematic illustrates Instant noodle manufacturing process. According to the diagram, the process to manufacture instant noodles involves 8 major steps or points.
The first step involves transferring Flour, which is brought from some other location, to Storage silos which are located at some distance from the Mixer and rest of the production line. The second step involves Mixing flour which was earlier stores in silos with Water and oil. Then, it can be deduced considering given information that the dough formed in the previous step, is rolled into sheets using multiple rollers in the next step. Later, this sheet of dough is cut into several strips of fixed widths from where it is converted to Noodle discs in the fifth step. Sixth step involves cooking the disks using oil and drying them. The noodle is placed into cups along with a mix of Vegetables and Spices. In the last step of this production process the cups are Labelled using readymade Labels shown in the diagram. Also, this step involves sealing the cups.
To conclude, it can be said that Instant Noodle production is somewhat complex process and involves several steps or procedures.
