As can be seen from the graph, 2 figures of the enquiries in person and by letter or email followed an upward trend and the other kept going downhill till the end of the period.
The direct questions quantity in first month was above 400 but then there are a significant surge to the peak of nearly 2000 in last month, exceeding others in the beginning of March and April. On the mean time, the enquiries through email or letter decreased slightly in the first 2 months before falling noticeably and finally levelled off in 400. Whereas, the questions by telephone quantity experienced a gentle fluctuation around 1000 which was followed by a sharp growth reaching highest point of 1400 in last month.
