The first chart below gives information about the money spent by British parents on their children’s sports between 2008 and 2014. The second chart shows the number of children who participated in three sports in Britain over the same time period.

There are two charts given. The first one provides data about the money spent by Bparents in Britain on their children's sports from 2008 to 2014. While the second chart compares the amount of children who took part in football, athletics and swimming in Britain during the same period.
From the first chart it can be seen that in the beginning the average amount of money spend on children's sports was 20 pounds. Then there were a steady increase and the figure reached its peak of approximately 32 pounds by 2014.
Concerning the second chart which prowides the quantity of participants in three kinds of sport it can be clearly observed that football was the most widespread. About 7.9 millions children chose this sport in 2008 and more than 8.3 in 2014.
The figure of athletics was the lowest but in 2010 there was a rapid rise and it reched amark of 5 millions. Furthermore, it became more popular than swimming. The amount of children participating in swimming has changed due to a slow growth and by 2014 the number of partisipators consisted more than 2.5 millions children.
