Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Everything seems to worse than what you say in the advertisement.
I'm really unhappy about your English center.There are no foreign teachers to teach,I am not only disappointed by that, but I also feel disappointed that there are 30 students, not 20 students like you said. I had to buy for books and cassettes ,I think it's free, but it's not.The classroom has not air conditioner and I feel very hot . There. is another problem,Classes started very late and finished early
To resolve the problem, i require you to give me a refund. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt.
