According to the given data, students sleep for the duration of 8 hours from 11pm to 7am continuously. While, with regards to the truck drivers the sleep cycle is disruptive. They sleep from 4pm to 7pm and after that they stay awake for next 12 hours and again fall asleep for next 3 hours from 7am to 11am.
With regards to full time mothers, the circadian rhythm is totally disturbing as they sleep from 10pm to 6pm with a gap from 1am to 3 am. Also they are the only one who take short nap during day from 1pm to 3pm. Talking about the Business Executives, they sleep for a duration of about 6 hours. Lastly, the Doctors who sleep for only 5 hours from 1am to 7am with a gap of one hour in between.
Overall, Students sleep the most and doctors the least.
