It can be clearly seen that there were more women successfully taking the driving test than man during the survey period. In 1980, nearly 48% of female drivers took the test compared to only 28% of male drivers. The firgures of woman rose dramatically from 1980 until getting its peak at 68% in 2000, after which point, it began to slightly fall to 65% in 2010. Similarly, the number of man taking driving test went up significantly from 1980 to 2000, from 28% to nearly 50% respectively and then figure remained the same in 2010. In conclusion, the percentafe of both women and men who passed driving test kept steadily increasing during the reported period although female drivers were obviously greater in number than male drivers in completing the test.
