You live close to a restaurant and have recently been disturbed by the noise coming from the restaurant in the evenings. Write a letter to owner of the restaurant. In your letter.
1. explain why you find the noise disturbing
2. suggest a way to solve the problem,
3. explain what you will do If the problem is not solved.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my concerns related to the noise coming from the colony parking area which you have rented from our society.
After coming back from the office daily around 6 PM, I see the customers are waiting in your parking area to enjoy your hospitality services. Since your restaurant cooks delicious meals, customers have to wait for at least twenty minutes in the parking area as you do not have a spacious space at your place.
However, the serene surroundings of our neighborhood face problems because some of your guests play loud music in their cars in the parking area. I have received complaints from locals on the same problem since I am the general secretary of this area where I deal with the problems faced by the residents. I would request you to put a board in the parking space for maintaining the silence because locals do not like the noise pollution, especially the loud music from cars.
I hope you understand the problems faced by the locals because of the loud music. If this problem remains the same, unfortunately, I have to take the colony parking space which was provided to you on a monthly rental basis. Besides, I will request to government authorities to shift your restaurant in the commercial area which is in the next block.
I am looking forward to seeing a positive response from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
