The charts below show the level of participation in education and science in developing and industrialised countries in 1980 ang 1990.
The charts indicate tha rate of attandance at school and science in developing and industrialised countries between 1980 and 1990.
Overall, the three charts were measured by period, people and billions. Likewise, there were higher degrees in e first given year than in the second year in industrialised states but in developing states, they were changable in all charts.
The number of average years of schooling, in developing countries, was around 3 years in both years. Moreover, in industrialised states, there were 20 year difference between 1980 and 1990 namely, those rates were almost 9 years and 11 years, respectively. At the same time, scientists and technicians' level per 1000 people was 10 people in the first type of countries in 1980 and then, there was a slight increase in their degree in 1990. Meanwhile, in the second type of countries, the rate had been more than 40 people in the first year and grew by 70 people in the second year in industrialised countries.
The amount of money which had been spent on research and development, had been 50 billion in developing states in 1980 but it almost disappeared in 1990. As well as, in industrialised countries, although only about 150 billion had been spent on research and development in 1980, this quantity reached a high of 350 billion after ten years.
