Dear Sir or Madam,
I freshly bought a laptop-Dell 250 on 26 April from ABC store on king Street. After fortnight, my laptop suddenly froze when I tried to start. By tried numerous of times, I merely end up my hope and, I finally reached to your shop.
When I returned to shop, one of your employees, gave me the worst service. I explained all the incident to your employee that, it was all happened unfortunately. Rather than configure the laptop, he put all fault on me. I asked to convince him to either repair or returned the item but, he refused to fulfill any of requirement.
All my hopes are now on your shoulders. I want you to consider at your earliest convenience because, I am computer-science student and, I need this gadget for my studies for every day. It is all up to you either repair it or refund it. I am enclosing a copy of the receipt.
I would be grateful if you would provide me with some information at your earliest convenience.
