You recently ordered something online. When the delivery came it was not complete.

explain what you ordered and what was missing from your delivery
explain the importance of this delivery
ask for a replacement item to be sent

I am regular customer of Amazon services. I have always been happy and satisfied with the products that I ordered from the shopping app. Unfortunately, my recent delivery was not complete so I am complaining you about this and hope that my order should get replaced as soon as possible.
Last week, I booked a Philips Shaving 3 in 1 trimmer for my beard styling. As, you know due to Corona break it is not possible to go to a barber for hair cut and beard trimming. To my dismay, when I received the order the charger of the machine was missing, First, I thought there might be some error on my part but when I thoroughly checked the box it was missing.
A machine without a charger will not work as the trimmer needs to be recharged for at least 6 hours for a continuous half an hour usage. I request you to please send me a new one and replace this one and please see this time all things should be in proper order. As, I belief in the companies quality.
