As the chart illustrates, the high-speed continuous internet connection of households in five countries in 2001 and 2002 have changed a lot.We can see a clear trend of rising, but the extend of their rising are quite different.
It can be seen from the table that the percentage change in USA and Britain are quite enormous, reaching 230 plus approximately, which is almost as 11 times as that of South Korea. The average percentage change in Germany and Switzerland are around 100 plus.
As shown in the second chart, connections per 1000 people of USA and South Korea are overwhelmingly more than those 3 countries. And there is a remarkable trend of rising in every country.
