You have recently moved into a new house. You want to tell your friend about your good news.
Write to your friend. In the letter:
• Describe the house.
• Describe the neighbourhood.
• Invite your friend to come and see the house.
Dear ABC,
I hope you are in good health and spirits. I am happy to share this wonderful news that I have bought a big house in the countryside area in Ludhiana. It is a nice and beautiful place and I would like to invite you to my new place for a small welcoming party. I will further elaborate about my new destination.
I am quiet proud of the place it has a fully furnished garden outside which makes the scenic view so refreshing and appealing to the eyes. Inside the house, there are three rooms which are well furnished and fully spacious. The room with a big master bedroom is for my parents and there is a big study room near to it as my father is a book lover. Then there is the second one right above the stairs which is attached to the balcony from where you can see the exceptional sunrise and stars at night and a round bedroom just like in movies, this is my room. Moreover, there is a big kitchen with all the latest technology cabinets for different food items and utensils. Last but not the least there is a big dining hall in the centre of the house so that the family can have all the meals together as they say the family that stays together eats together.
The other interesting thing is that the neighbourhood area is also there as first I was in a dilemma because my mother was quiet attached to the old neighbours so it was necessary to have someone around the house so that she won't feel lonely and alone. Such a sweet and pleasant family and they were the first to greet us when we arrived and even offered help for shifting our stuff. I think it will be quite fun with festivals coming ahead.
I think now you will also be interested to come to our house and see the things that I praised so much about. Please, do come to the housewarming party with uncle and aunt. I am looking forward to your arrival.
Hope to see you soon.
Yours truly,
XYZ
