The bar chart illustrates the amount of women and men passing their driving examination in an Asian country between 1980 and 2010.
Overall, the proportion of two genders passing the driving test reached the highest peak in 2000 and decreased the most 1980. It is also noticeable that the percentage of women passing this examination is generally higher than men in the period given.
In 1980, the amount of women passing driving test is about 58% comparing to approximately 38% that of men. Similarly, the percentage of Asian women who passed the driving test in 1990 accounted for more than 50% as opposed to the men at over 36%.
In the Asian country, the proportion of women (about 68%) was higher than that of men, which was only close to 50%. On the other hand, approximately 65% of Asian women passed the driving test, which was slightly more than the men who accounted for only about 49%.
