Crime is nearly always related o the environment in which it occurs. For this reason international laws and international courts are unrealistic and will not succeed in reducing crime levels in different countries. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Crime rates are drastically surging day by day. Some people hold the opinion that domestic laws are enough to handle offences. However, in my opinion, both domestic and international laws are pivotal to tackle crime effectively.
The influences of circumstances are significant in each crime. Therefore, before deciding penalty, it is important to consider the cultural and religious values prevailing in that place.
