While life is changing dramatically, many people tend to refuse to make changes in their lives. This widespread problem has long been a major topic of concern in society. Although this trend will have some undoubtedly consequences, people can take steps to solute these potential problems.

To begin with,several relates problems can be anticipated when people resist making changes. Firstly, individuals who do not accept to make changes must be obsolete with modern life. They would have difficulty in adapting to continuous Revolutions such as: technology, machines.... Morever, people resisting making changes have to deal with more stress, dispair and nervousness. As the result, they could have negative atitude and fail easily. Finally, refusing to break the rules has bad effects on social developement.

On the other hand, there are several actions that could be taken to solve the problems. First, people should learn how toaccept to change and adjust to modern life. It means that people have to get rid of prejudices and conservative mind. A second mesure would be updating new productions of Revolution regularly. Finally, trying to break oneself limits is also an effective way. For example, it is suggested to be brave to try something that is have never tried instead of being scared.

In conclusion, resisting making changes lead to several consequences. Nevertheless, there are mesures that can be taken to solve the problems.
