Dear Mr. Lionti,
I am writing this letter in context to the presentation I have attended recently for “High Speed Pumps”. I would like to extend my knowledge and learnings to my colleagues with a presentation.
Let me describe you about the whole plan for conducting seminar. I am going to prepare a whole presentation to describe my experience about the training. My presentation will consist of PPT slides as well as images and thesis material in the form of PDF files.
I believe to cover all this information and operational training of this model in roundabout 2 hours of presentation. I would like to brief my counterparts about the whole engineering system of high speed pumps and their functionality for various applications. While understanding the working principle of these equipments, I will also make the session interactive with showing the demonstration and prototype working model of these pumps.
I would like to have your support to create awareness within our department and look forward to call up as many people as possible to share my experience. How about inviting our colleagues from other departments i.e. electrical, civil, piping and electronics whoever has worked upon this equipment earlier? Your suggestions are welcomed.
Looking forward to hearing back from you at the soonest.
Yours sincerely,
James.
