The bar chart illustrates the employment of all male and female employees by occupation in the UK in the year 2005.

It is clear that the administrative and secretarial had the highest percentage for women (22%) while the skilled trades and process, plant and machine operatives had the lowest percentage for men (3%).

A closer look at the bar chart reveals that in professional, Associate professional and technical, process, plant and machine operatives, Managers and senior officials and Elementary had the same propotion for men (among 10% to 18%) and it as the same with women but the percentage of process, plant and machine operatives just 2%.
For the skilled trades, the propotion for men kind of high (account for 20%) and 2% for women. Opposite with that, the Personal service and administrative and serectarial had the high propotion mainly for women and under 5% for men.
