weigh assessment of inhabitants of Newtown 2010
The bar chart compared Newtown people's weight into four types namely, obese, overweight, ideal, and underweight in 2010.
Overall, the percentage of the ideal type decreased over ages, while the percentage of obese type grew over ages. In comparison with the two above-mentioned tmodes, there was no regular trend for the overweight type during ages.
The ideal was responsible for 70% of the whole 20-29-year-olds group. In the next age group, the ideal was still ranked first, followed by the overweight with 30%. In the 40-49-year-olds group, there was almost similarity among all types, excepting the underweight with lower than 5%. From the 50-59-year-olds group, the ideal group was not standing first anymore because the obese made up more than half of whole this age group, and also in this group, the underweight is almost near 0%. Moreover, the proportion of the overweight was less than 5% which was as high as same type in 20-29-year-olds group. In the last age group, the share of the ideal reached the lowest point with near 5%, and there was a significant increase for the overweight and the underweight which ranked second and third in this age group, respectively.
