Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the food and service of the restaurant when I ate there three days ago. Your restaurant is one of my favorite places which come to regularly. However, on that day meals is not tasty, and decorations look too bad. Meat dishes are too salty which leads not to my delicious feelings. Besides, employees serve my table who had rude attitudes to us just because we would like to call extra dishes. In place of serving by polite gestures, an employee ignored us and this makes us have to request other staff. It is so shameful and disappointing. Once again, I write this letter to the manager of the restaurant to solve this problem and give me a clear explanation.
I am looking forward to receiving your reply as soon as possible.
