The first stage is the transportation of flour from storage silos to the mixer where water and oil are added to convert the flour to dough. The dough produced are then rolled into dough sheets using the rollers. Subsequently, the dough sheets are converted into strips which are then placed in the noodle discs.
Next, the noodle is cooked with oil and dried up. The dried noodles are packaged in cups while adding vegetables and spices before the final stage of sealing and labelling the outcome of the whole process. In general, the process of manufacturing instant noodles requires a combination of flour, the main ingredient, and other additives including water, oil, spices and vegetables at different stages using various techniques such as mixing, rolling and cooking.
