The stipulated line graph depicts the detail pertaining that how much crime incidents were happened in New Port city centre between 2003 and 2012.
Overall, it can be inferred that burglary crime rate showed a downward trend. Whereas, car theft and robbery represented a constant trend between given time period.
At the fleeting glance, in 2003, the burglary crime rate was less than 3500 incidents while it was increased and reached at its peak point which was accounted as around 4000 cases in 2004. After this year, it was declined continuously between 2004 and 2009 which was comprised at 1500 incidents. It was remain constant after four years. Moreover, robbery cases was 500 in 2003 and it showed fluctuation in given time period. However, in 2012, it was around 1000 cases respectively.
Moving further, approximately 3000 incidents were accounted by car thieves in 2003 and it was constant from 2003 to 2005. After 2005, it was decreased and represented little fluctuation upto 2009. Whilst, in 2012, it reached at its same point where it started from around 3000 cases.
