My name is Maylea Barnes, I have been renting apartment 306 at floor 5 in your building, Blue Sky. I am writing this letter to complant about my new next door neightbor. Recently, I heard very loud music from next-door apartment. the man in that apartment is always turns on and volumn up his favorite rock music that disturbed me and another people in this floor.
because of his loud music, I can not only slept well but also concentrated to do my deathline. I even faced to the headache and dizzy.
I hope you can exchange me to higher apartment or if not you should inform and make a rule which force or limit loud noise.
