Essay topics:

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? For most jobs or areas of work, understanding the limits of your knowledge is more important than the knowledge you have. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

" half knowledge is more dangerous than having no knowledge ". I find this quote extremely encouraging. it says that we should never update ourselves with half learning, otherwise, we will end up in nowhere. it is better to remain ignorant about it. based upon this fact, I believe that for working areas, understanding the limitations of our knowledge is much better than the knowledge we have. I consider this for two reasons which I will elaborate on in the following passage.

In my opinion, the theoretical concept that we study in college or school is completely different from the practical scenario. knowledge of a book is all based upon the experimental results which were conducted in an ideal condition while idea which has been applied at job areas are not hypothetical. For instance, take an example of the work process of the manufacturing industries. Although the industry process is based upon basic theory, the reality is different. All the steps rely upon the current operating condition which can vary depending upon the yield. manufacturing industry never runs on an academic concept rather than following the practical experience. this example supports the argument that we should know the limit of our knowledge which is applied to the working system, otherwise, it will lead to undesirable products. The knowledge is not sufficient, we must understand the limits.

Moreover, the same concept applies to the psychological nature of a human. every person is unique and has a different perception. No one, in this world is right or wrong. Therefore, If we want to get adjust to this diverse system. we should not depend upon the knowledge we have. this is human nature when a person experiences a good or bad result. human behavior gets modified according to the consequence and he/she create a general concept in the mind and then work accordingly. But, this idea is not appropriate because we are not aware about the other person situation. take an example of human Rseource management team of a corporate company, managers never consider their knowledge as important because they are trained to limit their concept. hr team knows that never employee in the organisation is different so they cannot apply same psychological concept on everyone.

To sum up, In my opinion, we should limit our knowledge in working areas becuase our knowledge is not applicable in every situation. As I explain with an example of the concept used in industries and psychological knowledge of hr team of an organization

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
