The two maps illustrate the situation of Islip town centre at the present and the design fot its rennovation.
Overall, it is clear that the area of countrysides will be replaced by many facilities. There are a new circle road around the centre called Dual carriageway.
As can be seen, the shops will be remained and under a pedestrians instead of main road as at the moment. The countryside's area will be diminished and it will be add other three news places whcih are Bus station, Shopping Centre and Car Park and New Housing. New Housing will be placed at the end of small road that connected with Dual carriageway and other three places will be sited next to it.
Housing will be remained but it will be moved to the Southwest of the Islip town centre. The area of Park will be designed with smaller size and a New Housing will be sited near it. In the outside of Dual carriageway, Shool and Housing will be remained at the previous places.
