The bar chart illustrates the percentage of citizens consumed coffee and tea in different ways in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Hobart in last four weeks.
Overall, the city residents in the five cities preferred to go to a café for coffee or tea the most, followed by purchasing instant coffee, while taking out fresh coffee was the least. Moreover, the percentage of citizens drank and bought coffee and tea in Adelaide and Brisbane were lower in comparison to that of in Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart.
The percentage of Sydney and Melbourne citizens bought fresh coffee was around 44% and 42% respectively, not much difference to that of instant coffee at around 45% and 48% respectively. In opposite, the number of residents in the two cities went to café were higher, at 61% and 63% of population respectively.
In the other hand, people consumed instant coffee and going to café in Brisbane and Adelaide were relatively similar, at around 55% and 50% respectively which were plentiful more than only nearly 35% of buying fresh coffee. In Hobart, there was around 38% and 54% of citizens bought fresh coffee and instant coffee respectively, lower than that of going out for coffee or tea which reached to 63%.
