The diagram shows how tea leaves are processed into five tea types.

The graph below illustrates the the way people process five types of tea leaves.
There are seven steps in the procession and each type of tea leaves has their own progession. All off them start with the growth of leaves and finish when they are all dried in the oven.
Firstly, the leaves are grown by the farmers. After that, they pluck them from trees and wither. This procession is the same for five types of tea leaves. In the next period, there are some variations in the production. White tea is the only one comes directly to the final step named oven drying while the rest need to take part in at least one step. The green tea is steamed and then rolled. Beside that, the oolong tea and large black tea are rolled only. Instead of rolling, the small leaf black tea is crushed.
Except the green tea, three types left have another step before complete. The oolong tea is fermentated slightly and then dried in the oven. The large and small leaf black tea are fermentated fully before they are put into the oven to dry.
