Summer vacation

Usually in the summer every year, I go on a vacation with my family. But this past summer I had a completely new experience and it was probably one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. It's volunteering in a nursing home. It sounds bored because everyone is older than me, but it's actually quite the opposite. Every morning, I can exercise with my grandparents, have breakfast and listen to the news with them. After that, I could join them in other activities such as painting, baking, singing, etc. But the day went by so quickly. In the meantime, I can confide in them, get their advice, multi-dimensional views of life. Because they are all experienced people, they have a completely different outlook on life than I do. So maybe last summer was the best summer I've ever had.
