The maps show how the industrial area will change into a housing area in the future
The given figures illustrate the process of turning the industrial zone into an area used for accommodations on the following day.
By comparing the design in the recent day and the proposed plan of the area, certain alterations are noteworthy. From an overall perspective, it is apparent that household shelter will make way for enterprises and offices.
According to the data on the map in the present day, it is obvious that the packing station and storage room are located to the west of the zone while the factory is situated in the opposed direction. Subsequently, in the center of the figure, there are 6 offices for the employees to work in it and a canteen which is big as double as the office size and surrounded by three offices. Following that, to the north of the image, which is above these offices is the entrance door and reception service.
Moving to the proposed plan, it is noticeable that most places in this area will be covered by houses. The packing and storage zone will be supplanted by 3 bedrooms house and 4 bedrooms house respectively. These previous offices and canteen will be replaced by a parking garage. Moreover, instead of the existence of the entrance and reception service, there are new 3 houses which have two bedrooms in each and communal will be added in this sphere. Finally, to the east of the map, the new advent of the parking area and apartments for residents will take the position of the factory at the present day whereas there is no expansion of the whole area and road will still remain its name over the change.
