Some people think that managers alone should make decisions in the company, while others think that employees should be involved in decision-making process too.
Discuss both sides with your opinion.
Making a good decision could be change the whole scenario of a company. Presently, some people think that only managers should take step for any implementation, therefore, others masses believe employee can play pivotal if they involved in the process of choice. Here, I would discuss the both side of views of this statement with my own perception.
Commencing with the first notion, authority of any industry have the right to make decision without interruption of their workers. Moreover, making decisions could be helpful to improve the status and boost the income of company. For example, In 1991, the financial minister of India make a policy for industry to maintain the economy of country. As a result, it is great achievement for every citizen, because the level of financial resources dramatically upsurge.
On the flip side, a proportion of individual assert that employee should participate during the decision making session, which will help to improve image of industry as well as they may be have a good plan and better idea to rise the earning of organization firm. For instance, the world's most famous Forever health care company only increase their popularity with the corporate of their teams and employee. Thus, the forever gain their business in billion dollars all around the global.
To conclude, according to me the managing director should make a special session to their workers for getting their views, along with the perception of manager, which is important to the improvement of firm.
