The diagram explains the manufacturing of woolen goods through 13 distinct steps.
Overall, the entire process can be divided into three categories. The initial category involves sourcing of raw materials and composing it to make it suitable for wool production. Succeeding it, there comes processing part where the sourced materials undergoes some instigated changes before becoming an useful product. Later, the processed goods need to be stored and used to get finished commodity.
In detail, the first process is shearing of sheep. The sheared substance has to be cleaned and dried to make it suitable for spinning. After spinning, we would get bundles of wool and the residual strings which can be recycled. Then, the bundles has to be woven to tufts and are stored in tufts storage. Balls of yarns are retrieved from the storage and they will be subjected to knitting or be used directly in producing carpets and jackets
