Overall, the proporations of young people who were out of work in London and the rest of England remarkable higher than 1993.Especially, the joblessness in London is more popular than in outer London.
Looking at the graph , around 23% of young adult were out of work in 1993, this figure then significant decreased by 2002 and reached a peak at 25% in 2012.By contrast, the unemployment people in the rest of England in 1993 was approximately 14%,although after that this figure rose slighty , it just remained under 10% by 2012.
