the recycling process of glass bottles
The given picture illustrates how glass bottles are recycled.
In general, there are three main stages in the process, from collecting glass containers to selling them to customers at the supermarket.
At the first stage, wasted glass bottles are gathered at a collection point and then, they are put on a recycling truck. During the transportation stage, glass bottles are washed with high-pressure water. Once these bottles have been standardized by three criteria: clear, green and brown, they are moved to a glass factory.
Following this, bottles are crushed into glass pieces before being burned in a furnace at 600 to 800 Celsius degrees. The next step is that both recycled and new liquid glass are mixed together and at the same time, the mixture is shaped in a glass mould, which results in glass bottles by metal. After this stage is completed, the empty glasses are bottled with different kinds of drinks and finally, these containers are transported to the supermarket in which they are ready for sales.
