In order to enjoy job satisfaction, it is better for workers to take different kinds of jobs instead of doing similar jobs all their lives.
There has been an increasing interest in job selection lately. There is a considerable body of opinion which holds that being in charge of different types of jobs is more beneficial for the sake of job satisfaction than remaining on the same career path throughout one’s life. This paper will examine the reasons why I am in favor of the statement.
On one hand, what convinces me is career enjoyment. It cannot be denied that taking different kinds of jobs is synonymous with gathering experience in numerous fields. As a matter of fact, workers are likely to gain an excellent background with knowledge in a great deal of areas. Under those circumstances, they have the tendency to enjoy a smooth work life, as they are likely to experience few conflicts due to their wide range of expertise. In the event of this, employees have the incentive to produce great work output. This leads to the fact that they are able to find pleasure in their careers. In the same fashion, when people participate in many distinct occupations, appreciation of labor is inevitable. Thanks to this, they are prone to be highly motivated to repay their gratitude. As a result, there is likelihood for workers to stay completely focused at work. During this process, they have the potential to achieve notable success. Eventually, this probably gives rise to vocational contentment. Indeed, the fact that these factors contribute to career enjoyment proves that involvement in multiple vocations leads to job satisfaction.
On the other hand, some people might say that participating in different types of jobs takes up too much time. Hence, it creates a huge burden on career contentment. Although that might be true, it is just applicable to a minority. Workers have already developed meticulous and intensive plans in advance. Therefore, time management is kept completely under control since no duties could disrupt workers’ personal lives. This, indeed, proves that workers’ time schedules are not really affected. Another point overlooked is that even if time mismanagement exists, it should be considered as the opportunity for employees to get exposed to unfamiliar situations. Thanks to this, they are given the chance to reflect on their personal developments. As a result, people have the inclination to recognize their strengths and weaknesses. With this in mind, they stand a golden chance to become better versions of themselves and improve on their work. Beyond any doubt, they have the motivation to grow more confident. This, indeed, enables individuals to lead stress-free work lives. By and large, the idea that engagement in multiple occupations aggravates stress is often possible to end in collapse.
In brief, career satisfaction is the convincing reason for my approval. It is my hope that future workers take this writing into great consideration to gather diverse perspectives on the issue regarding career paths.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
