The bar chart compares the proportions of driving tests passed of female and male in one Asian country during the period from 1980 to 2010.

Overall, there was a fuctuation in the percentage of wowen passed driving tests while the percentage of man increased slightly over the period shown.

The first thing worth mentioning is that the percentage of women who passed driving tests saw an upward trend. There was a cosiderable rose in this figure from 48% to 69% during the period from 1980 to 2000. Especially in 2000, this figure accounted for the highest percentage, about 69%. This figure also decreased moderately to 65% in 2010.

In contrast, the proportions of driving tests passed of male which increased significantly from 29% to 49% between 1980 and 2000, reached a peak at 49% in both 2000 and 2010. Interestingly, the percentage of female passed driving tests was always much higher than this figure of male.
