Sleep plays a vital role in everyone's life. Lack of sleep can take a serious toll on people in various ways. In the forthcoming paragraphs, we will discuss the most serious problems, and ways in which the situation can be improved.
Firstly, when a person does not have abundance sleep then his mental health gets affected, which makes it difficult for him to function properly in his day to day life. In addition, humans must sleep well in order to get their food digested, else this will lead to indigestion problems which also end up in damaging their body. For instance, Kavya, who prepared for her CA exam without sleeping for 3 days continuously could not perform well on the exam due to the fact that her mind was not stable, and she was not able to maintain her focus.
Therefore, turning to possible solutions, perhaps the most effective and immediate solutions would be to follow a proper sleep cycle every day. Meaning, when people get ready to sleep mobile phones should be turned off or put to silent mode. Furthermore, every individual must do any form of exercise’s which also triggers the sleep within the person. For example, Akshay Kumar was diagnosed to have Insomnia disorder as he used mobile phones without sleeping for enough period. Thus, he started to avoid using gadgets during night time, which slowly helped him to get proper sleep without any hindrance.
In conclusion, sleep is an essential routine for humans and one must make sure to have enough of it. Lack of sleep will affect both physical and mental health of the person. With this in mind, both youngsters and elderly people must limit using electronic devices prior to sleep and workout more to get a peaceful sleep every day.
