Educators should take students interests into account when planning the content of the course they teach

Essay topics:

Educators should take students' interests into account when planning the content of the course they teach.

A teacher feels utmost happy when the lecture delivered by the teacher is well understood and appreciated by students. The above prompt recommends that educator needs to plan the structure of the course based on the intersets of students. In my opinion, I mostly agree with this suggestion that educator needs to consider interests of students for the following two reasons.

The whole purpose of education is to make students think rather than feeding them elobarate principles or facts. A student gets interseted in the course when the teaching style of the teacher matches with the way the student thinks. For example, students might prefer more practicals or examples based on the theory that is being taught even though the course is purely theoritical. An educator can take timely feedback from students to evaluate how much of the content that is being taught is grasped by students, ask them how the educator can make classes more engaging.Once students and educator get in sync(synchronization), classes will be more enjoyable to student as well as educator.

But sometimes students just want to skip the hard parts of the course and give the feedback in such manner. In such cases, Educator has to know teaching what topics will be useful to students and teach them eventhough they are not interested.Even if students can't appreciate such topics straight away, they will surely appreciate the learnings in future.

As mentioned above, the issue is complex and there are no straightforward answers. That is what makes the job of an educator challenging and interesting.
Educator needs to understand the mood of students to make the course fruitful. One of the best ways to do that is to take feedback from the students during the course to make any modifications to their teaching style or to structure the content in such way that students are engaged.
