The maps illustrate the future development of Norbiton town, which is from the industrial area to the residential one. Overall, it is clear that all the factories will be demolished, and more housing will be established. With only one main road and a roundabout, the town is mostly vacant, but it will offer many infrastructures for residents.
Looking at the maps more closely, one can see that in the middle of the map, the roundabout will be shrunken and the smaller one will be built on the junction of the main road and the Southern exit of the previous roundabout. There will be two more exits to the north and the west of the town. Along the western exits, three blocks of housing will be established. There will be a new lane from the roundabout to the north and over the river. There will be a large block of residences. On the corner of the southern and western exits, shops will be built for residents.
In the east, along the new road, there will be three new housing and a playground for people living in the residential area. At the end of the eastern exit, the school will be opened.
