Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain the Air Conditioner delivered. Firstly, there is a crack on the left side of the box and secondly, the cooling takes time which is not even adequate. Being a regular customer, I know your top-quality service, but this time I am disappointed with the delivery and product too.
However, please send a technician to the same address to look and fix the issue if possible do it immediately as it is the summer season and the weather is severely hot.
Also, I must pay the price. Even though the item’s brand is of premium quality, it is unsatisfactory, and this was the gift I gave to my mother who is heavily dissatisfied with my present. I want you to send 10% discounted bill while sending it to the engineer. Therefore, I request you to act in this case as soon as possible.
