The diagrams below show the floor plans for a trade conference in 2009 and the same conference in 2010
The diagrams compared changes in the layout of the same trade conference in 2009 with the following year.
Overall, over one year, the number of seatings and display stands were increased.
In 2009, the refreshments area was between the main and the side entrance, and the registration was on the right side of the diagram, in front of the balcony. But in 2010, the refreshments and registration changed places. Moreover, space for registration was narrowed down and the lounge area was added to the balcony
A conference hall with a stage was opposite the main entrance in 2009, with the three meeting rooms located below. However, in the next year, the conference halls, without meeting rooms, had more seats and moved to the area where the exhibition area stood in 2009. Therefore, in 2010, the exhibition place with more display stands provided, was moved to opposite the main entrance, also the previous place for the conference hall.
