The illustrated floor plans provide outline on how sports center of a University appears now and how its floor plan is modified in the future.
Overall, it can be observed that sports center will go through significant change with addition of numerous facilities specially in the areas excluding the main block in the center.
In present, main block of sports center is located in the center denoted by bold margins, and outdoor courts are located on its east and west. The sports center can be accessed from the southern side of the main block. Reception is located right in front of the access point and there is changing room on its left whereas seating area on its right. Likewise, 25 meter swimming pool is located right in the middle of the block and gym is on its northern side.
In future, there will be major changes by adding sports facilities and the space is properly utilized. The entrance and main block will be almost same where space in front of reception is extended on its both sides, and the gym is extended towards its east making it double than its previous space. Both east and west of reception more space is allocated to build café and sports shop respectively. Similarly, changing room will be constructed on the right and left corners. Outdoor courts will be replaced by leisure pool on the western side which can be accessed by passing through sports shop and changing room. Likewise, in place of outdoor courts located on the east, sports hall and dance studios will be constructed. Sports hall can be accessed by passing through café on its first left. Moving forward to the northern side there is door way to gym and on the way to gym towards its right dance studio will be constructed.
