While some people think that the problem with education in poor countries is the teaching methodology used, others believe it is the lack of resources that is the real issue. Discuss both sides

There may be various reasons for insufficient education in poor countries. Some people consider education to be poor due to unsatisfying teaching methodology because of poor education from the start, the others think the actual reason is the lack of resources as mostly outdated ones are used.
The education problem in poor countries may appear because of unskilled teaching methodology as the education was poor from the start. Teaching methods are built on the knowledge and experience of experts that were educated in the same system since young age. This means that from the beginning these people used to specific practices, classes and rotation which were not necessarily useful and later they implemented such techinques in teaching books for further generations. Within years such inefficient techniques were got used to by many professors and teachers, thus much time and knowledge were missed. For example, in Uganda the schools in remote regions do not get qualified teachers with high education sent because they offer low payment, so children are taught by any person with more or less middle level of literacy skills such as writing, counting and reading.
The reason for poor education in some countries is lack of resources which make students use outdated resources more often. Outdated resources may include the common type of writing by chalk which slows the education process immensely or old written books with misleading information or old educational facts. Moreover, for studying English children are not provided with the opportunity to listen to the right clear pronunciation or read under educated professional. Being taught such way children accumulate wrong knowledge. For example, there is such phenomenon as African English in all African countries that is considered completely grammatically wrong and hard to understand due to poor pronunciation.
In conclusion, there are various reasons for bad education in poor countries. Among such reasons there are poor teaching methods due to inappropriate education of teachers and lack of modern resources that make educational process base on old textbooks, methods, equipment.
