pardon me but in real toefl test , this speaking response will get 22 or 23 out of 30. its hard for listener to follow the response. no intonation and pronunciation. i dont want to discourage you because you can improve yourself. i dont understand how e rater gave you 27 out of 30. please follow Official toefl rubrics
