1. Speak more. Try to find speak partners and do more practising.
2. Listen more. Listen to English radios like VOA or BBC daily. Watch English TV like CNN. Pay attention to their pronunciations and correct yourselves.

3. Try to pay attention to grammar in speakings too. A good grammar book may help you.
