City Development Survey
You live in a small town of 10,000 people. A large green area in the centre of town is undeveloped. The city has sent out an opinion survey to see what residents would like to have built in that area. Write a survey response supporting your views on recreational area.
I support the view of utilizing the undeveloped area and convert it to recreational park. This is going to be beneficial to the people of the area in numerous ways.
To begin with, the proposal of sports complex is a great idea. This town, being small does not have much employment opportunity, however, the youth are generally very good at different kind of sports. These individuals lack a dedicated playground and because of this, they are unable to play. Moreover, a play ground could provide them with an opportunity to become a rising star as they will become talented if they play daily. Therefore, sports complex is a must have feature for this town.
Secondly, if there is no green area, then the area is effected badly with pollution. This indicates that a wide stretch of green land will add to the town's brawny point. This is because the lush green trees and other such flora will absorb the pollutants and keep it at bay. In addition, greenery will invite various insects and birds, resulting in overall increase in fauna, thus adding to the beauty of the place.
Finally, a small petting zoo is required to be built so that if not domesticated animal, pet animals can find home for themselves and get the desired shelter and food, hence not left astray.
All in all , I suggest recreational area is the need of an hour and establishment of such facility at the earliest will be highly appreciated.
